13. Account and Listing Deletion
Users may request deletion of their accounts or personal information by contacting support@compassell.com. Deleting an account may not immediately remove information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Removing a listing from Compassell may not immediately remove copies stored by search engines, archives, caches, or third-party websites that Compassell does not control.
14. Information About Other People
If you submit personal information about another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it and that you have supplied any legally required notice or obtained any legally required consent.
You must not publish private, confidential, misleading, or unlawfully obtained personal information.
